Application Fee For BSPHCL Recruitment 2013 : Candidates who are applying for his post need to Pay as a Application fee is just Rs. 1000/- for all categories except SC/ ST of Bihar domicile, for whom it is Rs. 250/- only.

Selection Process :
A. For AEE/ AE (Civil) : 
I. Candidates would be shortlisted based on the valid score in the GATE examination. 
II. Merit List would be prepared on the basis of valid GATE Score, Experience marks and Interview. 
B. JEE, Gr.-II / JE (Civil), Gr.-II :
I. Candidates would be shortlisted on the basis of marks obtained in the ‘Written Test’. 
II. Merit List would be prepared on the basis of written test , work Experience(If any) and percentage of marks in Engineering Degree Exam.

Compensation or Pay Scale : 
A. Pay (Consolidated Pay including HRA):
i. AEE/ AE (Civil)/ RO : Rs. 32,000-51,000 
ii. JEE Gr.-II / JE Gr.-II (Civil): Rs. 15,500-24,000/-
B. Annual increment @ 4% (Four percent) will be paid.
C. As an incentive, an additional payment up to 2% may also be allowed based on the performance of the individual.
